The tour begins at 7:00 am with departure from the meeting point chosen by the traveler in Baños. 

Travelers leave the city in a 4x4 vehicle and drive through scenic mountain roads toward the Triunfo region located near the entrance area of Llanganates National Park. 

During the drive it is possible to observe rural landscapes, forests and agricultural areas typical of the Andean highlands.
