Escalada en Roca en Baños | Rutas Volcánicas y Aventura Andina

Dare to experience one of the most intense adventure activities in Ecuador with our rock climbing tour in Baños de Agua Santa, the country’s top adventure destination.

Strategically located between the Andes Mountains and the Amazon rainforest, within the area of influence of Sangay National Park and Llanganates National Park, Baños offers natural volcanic rock walls formed by solidified black lava and andesite, ideal for all skill levels.

If you have never climbed before, this is the perfect place to start.
If you are experienced, you will find technical routes that challenge your strength, endurance, and climbing technique on real rock walls up to 100 meters (328 feet), depending on the selected route.

This is more than an activity — it is a personal challenge. Trust your body, feel the volcanic rock beneath your hands, and push your limits in one of Ecuador’s most impressive natural settings.

NOTE

The itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather conditions, group technical level, and route conditions.
The guide will select the best climbing area according to safety and participant experience.

In Ecuador, the French grading system is used to classify sport climbing routes (5a, 6b, 7a, etc.).
